Tours of Wales
Wales is an astonishing country and surprisingly little-known.
Within a relatively small area you will find a diversity of landscapes
second to none and an unparalleled cultural heritage. Here are
mountains and moorland, fertile valleys and plains, coastal scenery
of every kind, waterfalls, drama and beauty. Here, too, are castles
straight from the history books, Roman and even pre-Roman
remains, great country houses and gardens, plus the reminders
of a rich industrial history. Here you can don your hard hat and
explore an old slate or copper mine, ride an ancient narrow-gauge
steam railway, visit a working woollen mill or ride on a horse-drawn
canal-boat. This is the land of Arthur and Merlin, of dragons and
princes, of swords and sorcery. It is also one of the most beautiful
landscapes anywhere in the world. And it can be yours....
We have an excellent knowledge of, and love for, this beautiful
country and are able to show you its true face - not just the parts
that all the tourists see, but also the true, hidden, undiscovered
Wales as well. We will show you all the major attractions with an
itinerary designed precisely to match your interests, but will also
introduce you to the back roads and the hidden places.

Whilst in North Wales you have a choice of accommodation. Either sample of the excellent hotels the country has to offer or stay in our very own guest house. Situated above the Mawddach Estuary in the seaside town of Barmouth it has large rooms with picture windows offering one of the finest views in the whole of Wales. Our comfortable guest lounge and bar is ideal for relaxing after a busy day touring or maybe sit on our outdoor terrace and watch the light play on the hillside. For more details of our guesthouse see our website.
